Coldstream Family Practice will be closed from Thursday, 21st December 2023 – 21st January 2024. Dr Monteiro will be back on 22nd January 2024.

Our working hours are Mon - Thurs 9am to 5pm & Fridays 9am to 2pm. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
